KeymasterHi
The Cochrane Library website has useful information about conducting meta-analyses, as well as their RevMan software or doing so (this software is free for non-commercial purposes)
Hope this helpsDecember 3, 2019 at 9:34 am in reply to: What is the extraction procedure for estimating anions in soil using IC? #9711app
KeymasterHi,
IC’s are mostly aqueous systems, therefore it is recommended to extract the anions into a (deionized) water. To prevent damage to your (guard)column, you’d like to filter your extract before injected into the IC.
For most anions there is a ‘general’ extraction method, however for some anions there are some additional action you want to take to increase your recovery percentage. In other words, what anions do you expect to be in the sample you want to analyse?

KeymasterMany thanks for your advice. And thanks for the reference.

KeymasterOrganic matter is very important part for doing soil reclamation, but if it is available top soil even less, then you need to find the best pioneer plant that can grow in such condition. It would be the best way to apply liquid organic fertilizer (LOB) containing PGPR that can survive and support plant growth. It would also be useful if you could ad small amount of humic acid in the LOB.
