Organic matter is very important part for doing soil reclamation, but if it is available top soil even less, then you need to find the best pioneer plant that can grow in such condition. It would be the best way to apply liquid organic fertilizer (LOB) containing PGPR that can survive and support plant growth. It would also be useful if you could ad small amount of humic acid in the LOB.
